Sec. 15-67. Appeal.

  • An appeal may be taken from any decision of the executive director rendered under the provisions of this chapter. The procedure in such appeal shall be the same as that provided in section 14-134 concerning appeals from decisions by the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles. No appeal taken from the order of a court in a criminal case, involving the operation of an aircraft without permission of the owner, the piloting of an aircraft while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs, reckless flying or evading responsibility for accidents or involving fatal accidents shall act as a stay to any action or order of the executive director.
