Sec. 17a-313. (Formerly Sec. 17b-426). Payment of administrative expenses.

  • The Department of Rehabilitation Services may use moneys appropriated for the purposes of section 17a-310 for the expenses of administering the grant program under said section, provided the total of such moneys so used shall not exceed five per cent of the moneys so appropriated.
