Sec. 22a-256t. Deposit of revenue into General Fund.

Any revenue collected under the provisions of sections 22a-256o and 22a-256q shall be deposited in the General Fund.

History: (Revisor's note: In 1995 references to “municipal solid waste recycling trust fund” were replaced editorially by the Revisors with “municipal solid waste recycling trust account” to conform section with Sec. 22a-241 as amended by P.A. 94-130); June Sp.
