Sec. 31-3yy. Report cards re employment placement programs.

  • On or before October 1, 2014, and annually thereafter, the Connecticut Employment and Training Commission shall submit to the Office of Policy and Management and the joint standing committees of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to labor, higher education and education a report card of each program emphasizing employment placement included in the commission's annual inventory developed and maintained by the Labor Commissioner pursuant to section 31-2. The report card shall, at a minimum, identify for each program the cost, number of individuals entering the program, number of individuals satisfactorily completing the program and the employment placement rates of those individuals at thirteen and twenty-six-week intervals following completion of the program or a statement as to why such measure is not relevant.
