Sec. 4b-70. (Formerly Sec. 4-24g). Commissioner of Administrative Services to review construction.

The Commissioner of Administrative Services may, from time to time, review detailed plans, drawings and specifications for the construction of the Capitol Center and may transmit comments thereon to the Governor.
